We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter/ Technician to join a mining client. Roster 8/6 (3x D/S & 1x N/S - DIDO or FIFO) Level 3 – Max $65 per hour + super (pay rate).
The ideal candidate will have e xtensive pump experience, including installation, maintenance and overhaul of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. Diagnosing pump faults such as leaks, vibration, seal, and bearing issues. Carrying out routine servicing, repairs, and component change-outs. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and service manuals. Ensuring pumps meet operational efficiency and safety standards
This role is potential to be ongoing.

Requirements:
- Trade qualified Mechanical Technician
- Forklift and telehandler licences – highly regarded
- Strong plant diagnostics skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- High attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes
- Mining/ Site experience is desired.
