The Role

The Role
This position will see you working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm on a casual basis until 30th January 2026. Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all National Customer inquiries
- Build and maintain detailed knowledge of individual customers
- Manage transactions to fulfil customer requirements
- Liaising with internal stake holders to verify product availability, suggest alternatives
- Raising quotes & expediting orders
- Managing system transactions impacting billing and invoicing
- Managing new customer set ups, activation, terminations, transfer as well as month-end invoice processing
- Report generation
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- 5 years’ experience in an Administration position / Customer service environment
- Demonstrates a pro-active, professional and customer service focused attitude and communication style.
- Effective communication – presents information both clearly and concisely
- Experience in Microsoft office programs
- Experience in Smart Choice and Salesforce is preferred
- Organisation and attention to detail
