Reporting to the Parts Manager, your day-to-day will involve:
- Technical Interpretation: Assessing customer needs and interpreting specifications, codes, and product descriptions.
- Systems Management: Utilizing OEM portals and DMS to check stock, pricing, and availability.
- Customer Support: Generating quotes and providing advice on variants, warranty, and part care.
- Internal Support: Working closely with the workshop to fulfill part requests and assisting in the warehouse with ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a busy dealership environment. You should have:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience at a Spare Parts counter (Agricultural industry experience is highly regarded).
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Tech Savvy: High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Technical Knowledge: Confidence in interpreting complex parts and specifications.
- Qualifications: A current Forklift ticket is preferred.
