- Accurately identify, source and supply automotive parts for workshop technicians and retail customers
- Interpret parts requirements using electronic catalogues and dealership systems
- Process parts orders, invoices and warranty claims
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding parts availability and deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
- Ensure parts department operations are conducted efficiently and accurately
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within an automotive dealership or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong computer skills and experience using parts cataloguing systems
- Current driver's licence
- Dealership experience with passenger, commercial, or heavy vehicle brands
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
- Knowledge of manufacturer parts systems
