We are currently seeking experienced Parts Interpreters for an immediate start.
About the role:
As a Parts Interpreter, you will use your technical knowledge and great customer service skills to interpret specifications, codes and product descriptions to help our customers correctly identify parts required for repairs or replacements. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible:

As a Parts Interpreter, you will use your technical knowledge and great customer service skills to interpret specifications, codes and product descriptions to help our customers correctly identify parts required for repairs or replacements. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible:
- Assessing and interpreting customer requirements
- Using OEM portals and DMS to check stock availability and pricing
- Generating customer quotes
- Providing technical advice on part variants, availability, prices, warranty, use and care
- Work through customer complaint resolution including queries on warranty
- Support the workshop with part requests
- Cash, handling, EFTPOS and invoicing sales.
As a Parts Interpreter, you will be:
- Have outstanding communication skills
- A team player who values collaboration and positivity
- Experienced in the operations of a busy dealerships and Spare Parts counter
- Highly computer literate and a quick learner - Auto IT Equip experience preferred
- Full time, permanent role
