We are seeking a qualified and motivated Plumber to join the Facilities Management team at a major WA health facility. This role is essential to ensuring the hospital operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of service for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works across hospital facilities.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests to support clinical operations.
- Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and testing in line with compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and report on works completed.
About You
- Trade qualification in Plumbing and current WA Plumber’s Licence.
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and installation, ideally within healthcare or commercial environments.
- Sound knowledge of safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
