About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated Process Workers to join our client's production team on both AM and PM Shift. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for someone with a great attitude who is eager to learn and build a long-term career.
Duties include
- Operating production machinery
- Using measuring tools to ensure product quality
- Meeting daily production targets
- Performing quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all safety procedures and work instructions
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is advantageous but not essential
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)
- Provide a minimum of two recent, relevant and contactable employment references
