- Work efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
- Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Follow all workplace health, safety and food manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production area.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, production, warehousing or manufacturing is highly regarded.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis – this is ESSENTIAL.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to attending every scheduled shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive packing and production tasks.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
