We are seeking an experienced Project Administration Coordinator for our busy client based in Archerfield for a period of 6 months. Monday to Friday position, $46.73 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role the candidate will report to the Manager – Program Development and will support across a high profile project team during implementation of the Warehouse Management System - WMS (Korber).
The ability to communicate at all levels of the business is critical as is the ability to close out actions and keep things moving. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate their skill and experience in a highly visible role and supporting Senior Executives and Project leads. The team seek a versatile Administrator who understands the ability to pivot and can prioritise between the essentials and value add.

Role Specific Deliverables:
- Scheduling/Diary mgmt.
- Support project specific planning and including minuting and action-tracking, communications
- Perform project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed by Project Managers and Leads
- Support task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality,
- Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications
- Provide confidential and efficient administrative support to the Manager and others as required
- Organise and facilitate meetings including Teams and in person.
- Record and prepare Minutes of meeting
- Prepare reports as directed for distribution
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow up actions as required
- Coordinate and prepare presentations as required
- Perform general administration tasks, e.g. photocopying, scanning, laminating, binding
