- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Commitment to safety protocols and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of workmanship
- Formal qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, such as a Certificate III or equivalent
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses, demonstrating your expertise in the field
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
