Corestaff is looking for an energetic, organised and motivated person to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves keeping things organised and is keen to learn something new. You don’t need to be an experienced recruiter - we’re looking for the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
Working alongside our Account Manager, you’ll be an important part of the team, helping us connect great people with great opportunities across the construction, manufacturing, logistics and other blue-collar industries.
Every day will be different, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of recruitment while developing valuable skills and building a long-term career.

What you’ll be doing
No two days will be exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administration support, including data entry, scanning and archiving
- Screening applications and booking candidate interviews
- Preparing and posting job advertisements
- Maintaining candidate availability and our recruitment database
- Issuing and maintaining candidate inductions
- Managing candidate licences, tickets and documentation
- Maintaining our PPE register
- Helping keep the office running smoothly and supporting the team wherever needed
