Our client, is a globally recognised organisation providing assurance, testing, inspection and certification services across a wide range of industries. Due to an upcoming project, they’re seeking additional support to manage a significant workforce ramp-up.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, based in Maddington, WA. This role will support a large-scale recruitment and mobilisation effort for a new project expected to commence shortly.
The role requires flexibility and the ability to travel to remote sites across Australia as required. The anticipated start date is late February / early March.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end (360) recruitment across multiple role types
- Candidate mobilisation and onboarding
- Coordination of pre-employment checks and compliance requirements
- Liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Responding to basic HR and employment-related queries
- Supporting project workforce requirements and timelines
- Proven experience in recruitment, mobilisation and/or HR support
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel to remote locations as required
