Key Accountabilities:
  • End to End recruitment process
  • Drafting and publishing advertisements
  • Phone screening and face-to-face interviewing
  • Developing rapport with candidates and existing workforce.
  • Reference checking 
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients and key influences.
  • Answer incoming calls from field staff and clients, in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support weekly payroll runs and maintain all required for system and administration.
  • Client Mobilisations 
  
About the successful applicant: 
  
  • Previous recruitment / resourcing experience
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with other staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Well developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Well developed oral and written communication skills including email etiquette.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Must be available Monday - Friday
