What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience ( essential)
- Experience in the mining sector ( preferred)
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent ( essential)
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
- Adaptable, flexible, resilient, and able to think outside the box
- A genuine willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic business
- Previous experience with mining inductions would be highly considered
- Advertise, screen, and recruit candidates for mining and civil clients across the Hunter Valley
- Interview and induct successful candidates
- Complete pre-employment assessments, selection, onboarding, and workforce management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple client sites
- Support weekly payroll, inductions and administrative requirements
