We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, organisation and a great attitude to our Singleton office.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in recruitment, candidate management, onboarding, workforce administration, payroll support and general office administration, while building strong relationships with our candidates, clients and team.

What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with our Singleton team, you’ll play a key role in the recruitment and day-to-day administration of our workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates for mining and civil positions
- Screening applications and conducting candidate interviews
- Coordinating candidate onboarding and pre-employment checks
- Managing candidate documentation, compliance and personnel records
- Coordinating and completing mining inductions
- Maintaining accurate candidate and workforce databases
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Liaising with clients regarding vacancies, workforce requirements and candidate placements
- Supporting workforce management across multiple client sites
- Assisting with weekly payroll and timesheet administration
- Preparing reports, correspondence and other administrative documentation
- Managing general office administration and providing support to the wider team
- Providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working with people.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous recruitment experience (essential)
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience in office administration
- Mining or civil industry experience (preferred)
- Experience with mining inductions highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- The confidence to communicate with candidates, clients and stakeholders at all levels
- A positive, flexible and resilient attitude
- A genuine willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic business
