Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with a background in the resources sector? We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive professional on a temp-to-perm basis, supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering efficient and seamless recruitment coordination across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, candidates, and the wider site management team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding processes, ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records and data within recruitment / onboarding systems.
- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns within the resources sector.
- Liaise with hiring managers and internal teams to prioritise recruitment needs.
- Support general recruitment administration and ensure processes are followed consistently.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, ideally within the resources & mining sector.
- Experience with "blue collar" recruitment of Mobile & Fixed Plant Operators and Trades.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the broader team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
