About our Client: 
   
Our Client a multi-award winning Northern Territory builder with over 20+ years experience.
We are seeking Site Supervisors and a Site Manager for a building project in remote Katherine NT.
  
About the Role: 
  • 2:1 roster
  • Drive in / out
  • Dayshifts
  • 3 remote locations around Katherine NT.
  
Responsibilities & Duties Site Supervisors:
  • Supervise day-to-day construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project timelines
  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and labourers.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety meetings and inspections, addressing any safety concerns promptl.
  • Manage the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials and equipment on-site.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed on-site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and incident reports.
  • Ensure all tasks and activities associated to the role’s operations comply with NT WHS legislation, NT Codes of Practice and M+J Builders health, safety, environmental and quality policies, procedures, and directions
  
Responsibilities & Duties Site Manager:
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Supervise and motivate on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity, efficiency, and teamwork
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure that work meets company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on site, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety standards
  • Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Ensure all tasks and activities associated to the role’s operations comply with NT WHS legislation, NT Codes of Practice and M+J Builders health, safety, environmental and quality policies, procedures and directions.
  
  
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
  • White Card
  • Drivers licence
  • Trade Qualification or Project Management or similar
  • At least 3 - 5 years within the Construction Industry
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Remote Works / FIFO Roster
  • Police Clearance
  • Confident in passing a Medical
  • Working with Children Check – OCHRE Card
