CoreStaff is currently seeking Merchandisers to support a retail territory across the Sydney metropolitan area.
Full time, part time and casual opportunities are available. This role involves working across a number of retail outlets within your allocated territory, ensuring product presentation and merchandising standards are maintained.
This position can also be a strong pathway into broader field sales roles, with many individuals progressing into Territory Manager and Area Manager positions over time.
About the Role
Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining product presentation and stock levels across your allocated stores while building positive relationships with store teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain product presentation, stock levels and shelf positioning
Support shelf relays and promotional displays
Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
Identify opportunities within stores and provide feedback to the Territory Manager
Follow WHS guidelines while working in store environments
About You
Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Physically capable of merchandising tasks
Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle required
Full working rights in Australia
Career Progression
