About the Role:
As a member of the Road Maintenance Crew, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Road repairs and maintenance activities
- Pothole patching, resurfacing, and sealing works
- Vegetation and drainage maintenance
- Traffic control and site safety management
- Operating small plant, tools, and equipment
- Assisting with general labouring duties as required
- Previous experience in civil construction, roadworks, or labouring (preferred but not essential)
- Current C class driver’s licence (MR desirable)
- Ability to work safely as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
- Casual employment with a variety of shifts
