- Managing customer sales via email, phone, and face-to-face with care and professionalism.
- Processing orders and payments through our streamlined system—accurately tagging and scheduling each item for fast dispatch or collection.
- Engaging actively in online chat forums to provide timely, helpful responses and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Following up on abandoned carts and identifying opportunities to upsell—always with the customer's best interest in mind.
- Providing every customer—new or returning—with outstanding, personalised service.
- Responding quickly and courteously to all incoming calls and emails.
- Logging and tracking customer concerns to ensure fast, effective resolutions.
