About Our Client:
Our client is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of Perth's streets, public spaces, and community facilities. They are currently seeking an experienced and reliable HR Waste Truck Driver / Street Cleaner to join their Day Shift Sanitation and Street Cleaning team based out of Osborne Park.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position combining driving duties with operational sanitation and street cleaning activities. The successful candidate will work across various waste and cleaning operations, including rear lift trucks, leaf blowing, and high-pressure cleaning equipment.

- Monday: 6:42am - 3:06pm
- Tuesday: 5:42am - 3:06pm
- Wednesday: 5:42am - 2:06pm
- Thursday: 5:42am - 3:06pm
- Friday: 5:42am - 2:06pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HR waste collection and sanitation vehicles
- Conduct rear-lift waste collection activities
- Operate leaf blowers and high-pressure cleaning equipment
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations
- Assist with maintaining clean streets, public spaces, and community areas
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational requirements
- Current HR Driver's Licence
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
- Previous experience operating waste collection, sanitation, or similar heavy vehicles
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early starts
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- White Card (desirable)
- Local government or civil maintenance experience (advantageous)
