About our Client:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer.
About the Role's:
- FIFO ex-Darwin with roster to be negotiated
- Temp December 2025 (with potential for extension)
- Lead a small team of engineers and planners in supporting civil works, including dam/drainage earthworks, CSP culvert installation, and BGM/HDPE liner surface preparation.
- Support operational supervisors and provide guidance to optimise operational efficiencies.
- Liaise with external design Engineers and Independent Certifying Engineer to ensure conformance to standards, reviewing constructability and scrutinising designs for cost saving opportunities.
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
- Ideally a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of varied experience
- Candidates with alternative qualifications must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated competency in civil earthworks QA/QC processes, ITP development, and data management.
- Proven ability to manage and coach a small engineering/planning team.
- Experience with civil works projects within a mining environment.
- Familiarity with Vulcan mining software.
- Experience with Trimble Earthworks machine control systems and Trimble Business Centre software.
- Knowledge of BGM/HDPE liner placement and/or surface preparation.
- Current drivers licence
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
