We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join a leading forklift equipment specialist.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our client's forklift service department, coordinating workshop operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued customers. Your ability to build strong client relationships, manage workflow efficiently, and lead a team will be key to your success. This is a "hands-on" leadership role.

- Lead and coach a team of Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Drive customer engagement and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships that enhance satisfaction, and retention.
- Manage and coordinate service schedules for forklifts and related machinery.
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members in a positive, performance-driven environment.
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
