About Our Client:   

Is a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder delivering quality projects across Western Australia. With a strong reputation built on teamwork, integrity, and client-focused outcomes, they are now seeking two experienced Site Managers to join their WA team.

About the Role: 

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations on site to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors and direct site teams, ensuring that all works are carried out efficiently and in line with their integrated management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site construction activities and subcontractor management
  • Ensure safety, quality, environmental and compliance standards are maintained
  • Drive short-term programming and monitor progress against project schedules
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Maintain site records including daily diaries and HSEQ documentation in Hammertech
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the project team
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager or similar role within commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, HSEQ management and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret construction documentation and manage subcontractor performance
  • Proficiency in construction systems and software (Hammertech, MS Office, etc.)
  • Safety-focused and reliable
  • Valid Drivers Licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to pass a medical and DAS
