About our Client:
Our client is delivering a major concreting project in Darwin and is seeking experienced Steel Fixers, Formwork All Rounders, and Carpenters to join their team for an immediate start.
We currently have opportunities available for experienced tradespeople to work on a large-scale concreting project.
  
About the role:
  • Carry out general carpentry duties associated with concrete construction and civil works.
  • Perform steel fixing, formwork, and other construction tasks as part of a major concreting project.
  • Work alongside an experienced construction team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Initial 3–4 month project with potential for ongoing opportunities for the right candidates.
  • Monday to Friday roster, with the possibility of weekend work as required.
  • Competitive hourly rates from $47 to $60 per hour + penalties, depending on experience and role.
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience working on concreting or civil construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in steel fixing, formwork, and/or carpentry.
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
  • White Card (or equivalent construction induction card).
  • Ability to perform physically demanding manual work in an outdoor environment.
  • Experience safely operating hand and power tools and other construction equipment.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with supervisors and other trades.
  • A strong focus on quality and high attention to detail.
  • Reliable work ethic and the ability to meet project deadlines.
