Skilled Labourers - Monday to Friday - Day Shift - $37.35 per hour

We are seeking reliable Skilled Labourers to assist our client based in Ormeau.
Skilled Labourers - Monday to Friday - Day Shift - $37.35 per hour
Boilermakers - Negotiable Rate
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with servicing cooling towers and associated equipment
- Perform high-pressure cleaning of cooling towers, basins, and components
- Assist with removal and replacement of mechanical components such as fill packs, drift eliminators,
- Support technicians during maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Use and maintain tools, and other equipment safely
- Assist with set-up and pack-down of equipment on job sites
- Carry out general labouring duties including lifting, moving materials, and site cleanup
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain clean and organised work areas
- Assist with basic service reporting or job documentation
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Comfortable working at heights and around industrial equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
- Valid driver’s licence desirable
- Experience in, mechanical maintenance, construction, or labouring
- Experience working around HVAC or cooling tower equipment
- Working at Heights certification
- Confined Space certification
- Work carried out at commercial buildings, industrial sites, and plant rooms
- Mix of indoor and outdoor work
- Physical work including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and handling materials
- early starts or overtime depending on project schedules
