We are currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Tradespeople
to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a well-established operation with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and production performance.
About the Role You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of fixed plant equipment, with a strong focus on mobile crushing units and associated plant. This is a hands-on role working within a high-performing maintenance team.

About the Role You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of fixed plant equipment, with a strong focus on mobile crushing units and associated plant. This is a hands-on role working within a high-performing maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair fixed plant equipment and mobile crushing units
- Conduct inspections, fault finding, and breakdown repairs
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
- Ensure plant is operating safely and efficiently
- Identify and report defects, hazards, and improvement opportunities
- Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams
- Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter, Boilermaker, or Electrician
- Proven experience with mobile crushing plants and associated equipment (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced mining environment
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience in mining or quarry operations
- Confined Space & Working at Heights
- Experience with conveyors, screens, and crushers
