About Our Client
Our client, located in Laverton, is an Australian wide manufacturer of trailer and trailer axles. We are currently seeking an experienced Trailer Mechanic to work in their workshop. The successful applicant would be required to work day shift.
About The Job
Reporting to the workshop supervisor you will assist with the maintenance and repairs of heavy vehicle truck trailers. You will complete general servicing including brakes, clutches and exhausts.
• Maintain and repair heavy vehicle truck trailers
• Service automotive trailers
• General service on brakes, clutches and exhausts
• Other workshop duties where required
About You
• Qualified Mechanic
• Experience in trucking or trailer industries
• Suspension knowledge
• Trailer brake system experience
• Ability to read drawings and fabricate to specifications
