We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team who are comfortable using power tools in a safe friendly environment. If you have experience in general labouring roles, have always had an interest in manufacturing & are looking for some stability this may be the job for you.
Responsibilities:
Frame and Truss Assembly - AM shift 5am start $31.19 per hour
Roll Form Operator - AM shift 5am start $31.19 per hour

Responsibilities:
Frame and Truss Assembly - AM shift 5am start $31.19 per hour
- Screw/nail together trusses as per instruction from truss setter and SOP.
- Stack trusses as per the stacking lists.
- Assist with moving completed truss stacks to dispatch area.
- Keep area tidy and clean, empty bins when full.
- Practice correct manual handling techniques when lifting and moving trusses.
- Report any faulty tools or equipment to the team leader.
- Assist with strapping stacked packs for dispatch as required.
Roll Form Operator - AM shift 5am start $31.19 per hour
- Wear designated PPE and follow all work instructions per SOP’s and in accordance with Company Policies.
- Complete prestart and maintenance on the machine at start up
- Fill out the required JotForms correctly and in a timely manner.
- Empty Bins at the end of Shift or at each coil change
- Report any maintenance issues to the Team Leader.
- Check quality of product being rolled
- Roll Jobs in order of delivery
- Check jobs have been rolled completely with layout, mark off as completed
- Assist with machine operation training.
- Resolve machine issues that are within your skill level. If unable to resolve quickly and correctly then escalate to team leader.
- Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operator Maintenance per SOP’s.
- Work towards KPI
- Completed at least 4 weeks of on-the-job training.
- Forklift ticket preferred.
- Completed induction and training on roll form machines and can complete all related SOP’s
