We are currently looking for reliable Pick Packers and Production Workers to join our client in Somerton, a major Australian manufacturer of modular kitchens and cabinetry.
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:06 pm (Beat the afternoon rush!)
Arvo Shift: Mon – Thu, 3:00 pm – 12:06 am PLUS a short Friday (3:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
The Role

The Role
This isn't just standing at a bench all day. You’ll be an "All-Rounder" involved in the full process:
- Picking & Packing: Hand-picking modular cabinets and prepping them for dispatch.
- Production Prep: Sanding back panels to get them ready for lamination.
- Logistics: Palletising boxes and operating tuggers to move stock.
- Quality Control: Ensuring every piece that leaves the warehouse is top-notch.
- Experience: You’ve worked in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment before.
- Physical Fitness: You’re comfortable with manual handling, sanding, and being on your feet.
- Reliability: You take pride in showing up on time and being a dependable member of the "Crew."
- Growth Mindset: You're keen to learn—there are opportunities to be trained on machinery for those who put their hand up.
