Yard Forklift Operator
Key Duties :
- Forklift Operation
- Working under and around overhead crane and general operation in a high traffic site
- Movement and load work with various product of up to 12 metre lengths , metal coils and heavy items
- Loading and unloading trucks
- General warehouse / Housekeeping duties that may include manual handling.
- Radio use
About you
- Forklift Licence ( Essential )
- Overhead / Gantry crane RII / Licence ( Highly regarded )
- Proven Forklift experience -any exposure to heavy and wide loads , skills in high reach and counter balance will be highly regarded
- Load Restraint experience - including strap and/or ratchet experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a physically demanding. environment.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Immediate start
- $ 44.20 - 46.40 per hour pending experience
