Smiling blonde female head shot with International Women's Day Theme

Meet Bec, Operations Manager, CoreStaff Brisbane.

As Operations Manager, I am responsible for leading our front-line teams, servicing both our QLD mining contracts & general labour-hire market. I manage our client relationships and candidate requirements while also driving our team to provide over 80 candidate submissions a week to our client base.

Highlights Working with Corestaff for almost 10 years, I have been given the opportunity to work within 3 different branches across various national mining contracts, and a broad range of local clients. I am part of a highly motivated team of other like-minded females driven to exceed targets.

Throughout my time with Corestaff I have been really lucky to travel to places I never considered I would venture, including Darwin, Mackay, Townsville, Adelaide Wineries, Mount Isa Rodeos and various mine sites, both underground and open cut.

No two days are the same within this business, the continuous development from upper management ensures our teams remain engaged.

Corestaff as a company has great energy, they recognise staff and provide an inclusive team environment.

What Bec’s team say about her.
Bec is a very supportive manager. She has the best interests of her team in mind and knows exactly what is going on in each team member’s lives.
She is always professional and focused on delivering results, no challenge deters her from reaching and delivering the best for CoreStaff.
Her work ethic is excellent with email replies coming through early mornings 5 am, late nights at 11 pm and any other time of the day, night, weekday or weekends. As a single mum, she also took responsibility for the night phone for more than a year to ensure a reliable point of contact for our contractors after hours.

We are very happy to have Bec as our fearless leader.
